Hi,

At our store, Black River Beads & Pottery, we make handmade pottery, handmade glass beads, handmade soy candles, handmade jewelry & other art as well as carry the work of several local artists. We are located in Pocahontas, AR and would love to be included on this site. There is also a wool mill in our town that raises sheep and processes the fiber into yarn. The mill is called Small Farm Fibers. There website is www.smallfarmfibers.com

Just discovered your site, and would love it if you could add my business - The Grand Hand Gallery. I carry only handmade, American-made fine art and fine craft, about 2/3 is made locally or regionally (MN and western WI), with the remaining 1/3 from all across the country. Named a \Top Retailer\ of American craft in '07 and '08, and \Best New Gallery\ in '07. I have worked closely with Minnesota 2020, hosting their press conference for the release of their '08 report on buying local, which is already listed on your site, and appearing as a guest on their cable TV show on the importance of buying local.

Thanks!

Hi, Wendy,
Thank you for the wonderful resource!

Every time I visit Chicago, I try to visit the Illinois Artisans Shop in downtown Chicago. It's well worth a visit. The Shop has a web site, http://illinoisartisansshop.com/, but unfortunately, does not sell artwork online.
