I’m a little late in posting this.

Costco had a package of Maglites the 2-AA LED, and a 3-D Cell LED. I have this weird thing for flashlights.. so I had to get them.

My hose nozzle cracked last winter so I needed a new one. Gilmour has a Zinc Pistol Grip Nozzle for a reasonable price at Lowes. Be sure to check the label, Most of Gilmour’s products are made overseas. They do all seem to be of reasonably good quality.

Correction: Oops, I messed up. Lights of America does not make their Lights in America. Thanks Bill, This has taught me to do more research… I must have read something wrong somewhere.

Please forward to concerned parties.

I recently ran an article about your CFL Twister style bulbs being made in the usa. I find out today that this is incorrect. I should have inquired, further, prior to running the article, this is my fault.

I respectfully request that you adjust your Company Info page (http://www.lightsofamerica.com/en/Company%20Info.aspx) to reflect this. It currently states “We are proud to be the only ‘US Made’ Twister style compact fluorescent lamp in the United States.”

I have no problem with where you make your products, in fact I appreciate that you do what you do. But don’t claim to be an American manufacturer when you are not.

I’m a big fan of Science Friday on NPR. IRA has a Great article about something I’ve experienced in the past. Failing CFL. I’ve had the best luck with GE brand. Stay away from the no name brands.

I don’t have any Flashlights around my house. May get a couple of the Maglite LED 2AA(In fact, they were just added to the wishlist). Would be ideal for my Camping pack and just to have another around.
