Found this Week – Made in the USA – Week 23

I’m a little late in posting this.

Costco had a package of Maglites the 2-AA LED, and a 3-D Cell LED. I have this weird thing for flashlights.. so I had to get them.

My hose nozzle cracked last winter so I needed a new one. Gilmour has a Zinc Pistol Grip Nozzle for a reasonable price at Lowes.  Be sure to check the label, Most of Gilmour’s products are made overseas. They do all seem to be of reasonably good quality.

Starting today I’ll be providing you with missions for the upcoming week. Click here for your Mission.

Found this Week – Made in the USA – Week 22

Not a whole lot this week.

Minuteman Pens, but their store has been closed since I ran across it.

I was happy to find my new favorite website, http://www.backfence.com/

It has all of the small local business’ in a number of areas listed. Another great looking site is http://www.locallectual.com/ I’ve not had time to check them out very much, but they seem to have a wealth of information.

∞Enjoy.

Store Launch – Why I’ve been Delayed on Posts – ISBNExtractor

isbnextractor

I’ve been learning some programming for a few years. Python and C# are a couple I’ve focused on lately.  And I’ve written a program to extract ISBNs from files or URLs in each. Mainly because it helped me learn the language by analyzing what it would take to get data, manipulate it, and return it in a usable format.

I work for a book distributer, so It only seemed fit, that I write something to make it easier on others I work with to get some of the data they need.

Also, I’ve launched my ZenialStore.com.  I’m still working on some of the details, but if you are a manufacturer and would like to drop ship products for me. Drop me a line.
